Job Summary

This position will join a team of digital transformation experts who are driving efficient processes, accurate data, and reliable reporting across our enterprise.  The Digital Business Integration team has a wide-ranging responsibility to drive the global implementation of SAP S/4HANA, improve process integration, standardize data, drive automation of tasks, build reporting to provide meaningful insights, and introduce artificial intelligence and machine learning to our enterprise solutions.  This position will identify opportunities for Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling activities, organize and prioritize opportunities to align to our objectives, collaborate with our Digital & Transformation team to design resilient, global, digitally-enabled planning processes, execute process and system improvements, manage change communication and acceptance across the enterprise, and articulate progress and benefit realization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and interviews with Subject Matter Experts to identify transformation or enhancement opportunities; identify process and system improvement opportunities
  • Develop User Acceptance Testing; facilitate testing activities with process experts and system users
  • Identify root cause and corrective actions to enhance processes
  • Plan and execute enhancements and project milestones per plan
  • Champion and drive end-user adoption of digital solutions in the organization
  • In partnership with subject matter experts and functional leaders, develop goals and objectives related to process area
  • Drive internal and external research and application of best practices within process area
  • Drive collaboration across functional and geographical boundaries as required by enterprise wide, end to end, cross functional processes
  • Interpret and draw insights from ticket trends and create corrective/preventative action plans
  • Other duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities

  • Defining requirement solutions and developing processes across the impacted functional areas in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, including assessment of interfaces and gaps.
  • Driving required process enhancements in close collaboration with planning teams and Digital and Transformation.
  • Managing stakeholders across functions and at different levels across process functions.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, computer science, data analytics, statistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience required

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution, process design, and/or systems implementation
  • Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred), specifically with SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling module

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to manage change effectively, including strong interpersonal communication skills that can be adapted to various levels of the organization; can articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Experience with Agile project management framework, and ability to set goals, create sprint plans, track progress, and hold team members accountable for timely delivery
  • Experience and/or training in Generative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, SAP BW/BI, Microsoft Power BI, and other tools in the Microsoft Fabric Platform or similar tools for process automation
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams collaboratively, encouraging resilience and maintaining a positive mindset
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and recommend best practice solutions
  • Mindset focused on continuous learning to maintain knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and evolving best practices
  • Deep Experience in Production Planning execution and processes

License and Certifications

  • Formal training in SAP PPDS preferred

Travel Requirements

10%: Up to 26 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
