Job Summary

Perform operational tasks consistent with the vision of the company working with production, processing, facilities, and engineering personnel in order to meet or exceed customer expectations. Build confidence and the continued learning of skills to raise performance levels and participate in a team effort environment. Follow guidance standards for work processes, behavior, and performance expectations for the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the department with administrative and operational day-to-day tasks
Assist in the analysis and handling of deviation reports
Contribute to the design and creation of a structured matrix for packaging types
Gain familiarity with existing processes and systems in the area of destruction management

Education

Advanced studies in a technical or analytically focused degree program

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proficient in MS Office
Good written and spoken English skills
Strong technical understanding and a quick grasp of new concepts
Structured and systematic way of working
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Pay Transparency:

The annual base salary for this position is €17,869.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
