Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Mechatronics team at the Eschweiler site
Introduction and implementation of modern maintenance strategies in alignment with company objectives and structure
Further development of the workshop with regard to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Ensuring the timely execution of mandatory inspections
Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection
Participation in project work in collaboration with specialist departments and external companies
Organization, coordination, and supervision of external contractors
Conducting and initiating risk assessments

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman, or a comparable qualification

Work Experience

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in maintenance within a manufacturing company

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Confident use of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP
Good GMP and ISO knowledge, as well as experience working on projects
Good command of English
Strong communication and teamwork skills, hands-on mentality, and customer orientation
High level of responsibility, flexibility, and reliability
