What We Offer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and detail-driven Senior Business Support, Human Resources to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across key HR processes. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, probationary period management, employee departures, Works Council coordination, employment certificates, HR documentation, service anniversaries, HR projects, and general employee support.
In addition, the role independently coordinates and supports the Senior Director, HR, E&PC Global Operations and the global HR team in day-to-day business activities. This includes preparing reports and analyses, coordinating travel and visits, supporting HR projects, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across local, regional, and global HR activities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, professionalism, independence, and compliance awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and track employment contracts, contractual amendments, HR letters, termination confirmations, welcome materials, and exit documentation.
- Support managers and employees by providing HR-related information, answering or processing inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on open topics.
- Coordinate Works Council-related processes, including preparation, submission, follow-up, and documentation of required hearings.
- Prepare, coordinate, and track employment certificates and references, including manager alignment and employee communication.
- Maintain and update HR tracking files and documentation, including job descriptions, onboarding plans, probationary period evaluations, and related records.
- Coordinate service anniversary activities, including gifts, congratulatory letters, cards, and manager reminders.
- Support HR Managers, HR Business Partners, the Senior Director, HR, E&PC Global Operations, and the global HR team in daily operations, reports, analyses, presentations, and HR initiatives.
- Support global, regional, and local HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, templates, flowcharts, and workflows.
- Organize HR visits, support internal and external visitors, and coordinate travel arrangements for the HR team.
- Process incoming mail, file HR documents, and ensure accurate electronic record keeping.
- Actively participate in charity team activities at the Kiefernweg Campus.
- Comply with all applicable SOPs, laws, regulations, company policies, work procedures, instructions, and safety rules.
Education
- Completed commercial, administrative, HR-related vocational training, or equivalent qualification
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration, office management, executive support, or a comparable administrative role.
- Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle preferred.
- Experience preparing HR documents, employment contracts, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Familiarity with Works Council processes is an advantage.

- Experience supporting senior HR leadership or global HR teams.
- Experience with HR systems, document management systems, travel booking tools, or expense management tools.
- Understanding of German HR administration processes and employee documentation requirements.

Pay Transparency:
The annual base salary range for this position is €47,872.00 - €60,928.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.
This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
