Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- GMP-compliant execution of technical plant projects at the Eschweiler site
- Reading and preparation of technical drawings within projects
- Management, monitoring, and documentation of the budget for assigned projects
- Providing technical expertise for production facility projects, including the modification and/or upgrade of existing machines and equipment
- Execution of machine acceptance tests (FAT), including safety acceptance at the supplier’s site
- Preparation of risk assessments (FMEA), LoTo procedures, and general risk evaluations
- Preparation of requirement specifications and participation in technical meetings with suppliers or global team colleagues
- Approval of processes, machines, and procedures in accordance with the defined release procedures
- Detailed scheduling for projects executed during summer or winter shutdown periods
- Coordination of external contractors
Education
- Completed degree or diploma in Engineering or a comparable qualification
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a technical field, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Experience in project management and leading technical projects, including construction site coordination
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD, as well as experience with SAP and MasterControl
- Initial experience in change control
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Hands-on mentality, strong analytical thinking skills, and high willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
