This is an onsite position requiring the team member to be onsite.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary and operational leadership of the shift and further development of employees
  • Workforce planning and machine allocation
  • Implementation of an open communication culture
  • Monitoring and enforcement of standards related to quality, GMP, Lean, regulatory compliance, documentation, and KPIs
  • Manufacturing or processing of materials
  • Supplying machines with raw materials
  • Ensuring proper shift handover
  • Participation in projects (e.g., introduction of new technologies)
  • Training and supporting (new) employees according to TWI principles

Education

  • Successfully completed vocational training

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Initial leadership experience is desirable

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Certified TWI trainer or willingness to obtain this qualification
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
  • Successfully completed Lean and Six Sigma training (Yellow Belt) or willingness to complete the training
  • Strong awareness of safety, quality, and responsibility
  • Structured planning and independent, goal-oriented working style
  • High level of commitment and willingness to drive change
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Ability to work in a fully continuous shift system
