Job Summary

Contract Conditions: Full-time, Fixed-term for 1 year
Start Date: Immediately

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare (weigh) and mix formulations according to specifications
  • Operate production machines for mixing, rolling, calendering, extruding, and sizing of rubber mixtures according to guidelines
  • Perform line clearance
  • Adhere to ISO and GMP guidelines
  • Comply with cleaning and occupational safety regulations
  • Document work results
  • Perform calibration activities

Education

  • Completed vocational training or several years of experience in a production environment

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Very high quality awareness and careful working method
  • Initial experience with hygiene regulations desirable
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • High degree of reliability, sense of duty, and responsibility
  • Willingness to work in shifts
