Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Mechatronic maintenance, installation, and repair of production equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Monitoring of machines during ongoing 24/7 production operations
- Analysis of faults and malfunctions in complex systems with pneumatic and electronic components
- Inspection of machines and equipment in accordance with applicable regulations
- Expansion and optimization of production systems
- Documentation of work performed in the SAP PM system
- Support and contribution to Lean programs
Education
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or equivalent qualification as a mechanic or electronics technician
Work Experience
- First experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in control engineering as well as measurement and control technology
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of pneumatics and vibratory feeder technology
- Proficiency in PC usage and solid knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic drawings
- Willingness to work shifts and be on call
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
