Position reports to: Manager, Operations, Production Compounding, ESW

Contratc Details: fulltime, fixed term for 4-6 months

To be hired as of: asap

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Participation in projects within the Compounding production area
Support with project management activities
Independent execution of optimization projects (Kaizen)
Involvement in contamination control and prevention activities
Communication with interface departments
Preparation of data analyses and presentations

Education

Advanced studies in engineering (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Chemistry, or a similar field)

Work Experience

Initial practical experience in an industrial environment, e.g. through internships, is desirable

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
High level of commitment with a proactive and responsible working style
Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and sense of responsibility
Strong organizational skills as well as good communication and teamwork abilities
