Position reports to: Manager, Operations, Production Compounding, ESW

Contratc Details: fulltime, fixed term for 4-6 months

To be hired as of: asap

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participation in projects within the Compounding production area
  • Support with project management activities
  • Independent execution of optimization projects (Kaizen)
  • Involvement in contamination control and prevention activities
  • Communication with interface departments
  • Preparation of data analyses and presentations

Education

  • Advanced studies in engineering (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Chemistry, or a similar field)

Work Experience

  • Initial practical experience in an industrial environment, e.g. through internships, is desirable

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • High level of commitment with a proactive and responsible working style
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and sense of responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills as well as good communication and teamwork abilities
