Job Summary

The focus of the role is the management and independent control of cross-location HR projects.

 

Contract terms: Full-time, limited for 1 year

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Management and independent management of cross-location HR projects with a focus on organizational development, process optimization and change management
  • Active participation in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives in close coordination with management and global (HR) functions
  • Design, implementation and continuous development of HR processes and standards in the production environment
  • Constructive and solution-oriented cooperation with employee representatives in the context of change and implementation projects
  • Drafting, negotiating and implementing works agreements in close cooperation with employee representatives
  • Advising executives and employees of a small support area on human resources and employment law issues
  • Advice and support in the implementation of individual personnel measures
  • Support in the recruitment process for specialists and managers 

Education

Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on human resources, business psychology, business administration or a comparable qualification.

Work Experience

  • Several years of experience in the HR environment with initial responsibility for HR projects, transformation initiatives or strategic HR topics
  • Experience in an international manufacturing company desirable
  • First experience in managing cross-departmental project work

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Very good knowledge of project management (classic and/or agile)
  • Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and SuccessFactors desirable
  • Sound knowledge of employment law to support project-related measures
  • Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, conceptual way of working
  • High level of consulting and communication skills at management level
  • Assertiveness and ability to actively shape change processes
  • Proactive, self-reliant and solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken #LI-NJ1 #LI-hybrid

Travel Requirements

5%: Up to 13 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
