Job Summary
In this role, the incumbent is responsible for leading and/or supporting technical projects (focusing on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and clean room technology) for the plant in Eschweiler. The projects are carried out in accordance with internal processes and procedures as well as in compliance with applicable laws and regulations with internal and/or external partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independent project execution in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and clean room technology across all planning phases
- Schedule and cost control as well as reporting on budget and project status
- Support of the engineering team in the field of technical building equipment
- Creation and planning of sustainable concepts in the areas of heating, ventilation, and sanitation
- Cost estimation, preparation of service descriptions, and support in the creation of tender documents
- Coordination of internal departments and external partners
- Construction supervision depending on the project scope
Education and Experience:
- Minimum:
- Successfully completed engineering degree preferably in the field of technical building equipment with a focus on supply technology, building, process, energy technology, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in a similar function, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Initial experience in planning, execution, or commissioning of ventilation systems, preferably in the "pharmaceutical" or "medical devices" environment
- Proficient use of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Project, and technical standards and regulations
- Experience in project management/ as a project manager
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative personality with high commitment and flexibility
- Desirable:
- Knowledge in the use of SAP
- Experience in dealing with CAD systems (ACAD)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to present complex issues clearly, both orally and in writing, in German and English
- Process-oriented thinking combined with a structured, independent, and implementation-oriented working style
