Job Summary

The Senior Associate, Customer Supply Chain Integration supports strategic customer integration initiatives and reports to the Senior Director, Customer Supply Chain & Transformation. This role enables scalable and standardized customer connectivity through advanced analytics, data integration, and process documentation.


The Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting ERP-to-ERP integration, forecast automation, data exchange standardization, and joint KPI reporting with strategic customers. The role ensures data integrity, system readiness, and repeatable governance standards across customer tiers.


Decision authority includes recommending integration standards, validating data readiness, identifying service or inventory risk exposure, and supporting escalation analysis within assigned customer scope.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and structure data for repeatable and ad hoc strategic customer engagements.
  • Lead data mapping and validation activities for ERP integration initiatives (EDI, API, ASN, forecast automation).
  • Ensure master data integrity across item, location, and transactional attributes prior to customer connectivity go-live.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and customer integration playbooks.
  • Build and maintain joint KPI dashboards (service level, forecast accuracy, inventory alignment, lead-time adherence).
  • Perform root cause analysis for integration discrepancies and data mismatches.
  • Support customer escalation analysis by quantifying service, capacity, and inventory exposure.
  • Contribute to standardization of customer onboarding and governance processes across customer tiers.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional project teams.
  • Mentor junior analysts or project contributors as assigned. #LI-AP1 #LI-HYBRID

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's Degree in SCM preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of supply chain, integration, or data analytics experience required
  • Experience in regulated industry preferred

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and data visualization capability
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and EDI/API frameworks
  • Understanding of SIOP and supply alignment principles
  • Ability to document and standardize processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Travel Requirements

10%: Up to 26 business days per year

Physical Requirements

Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.

Pay Transparency:

The annual base salary range for this position is €63,300.00 - €80,600.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
