Job Summary
Supports the business in the management of the technical spare parts program ensuring a functioning spares management system capable of meeting the growing demands of the facility reporting to the Toolroom Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with Engineering to accurately produce recommended spare and wear parts list.
- Work with Spares Management Team inputting and updating spares on the CMMS system.
- Loading and control of the vertical storage systems.
- Contact vendors for quotes in coordination with Purchasing.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal customer base.
- Work with Spares Management Team on the management of the spare parts budget.
- Work with Spares Management Team on the ownership and reporting of spares KPI & Spares usage.
- Arrange logistics from supplier to the customer.
- Support customer systems where applicable.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal customer base.
- Perform additional duties at the request of the direct supervisor.
Basic Qualifications
- Previous production work experience would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in CMMS systems would be an advantage.
- Good computer skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Must have good verbal reasoning, numerate ability and mechanical aptitude skills.
- Must have working knowledge of the MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.

- Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description

What We Offer
Pay Transparency:
The annual base salary range for this position is €35,640.00 - €45,360.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.
This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
