Job Summary

Leadership of electrical maintenance execution and on-site monitoring, ensuring strict compliance with standards and preventive schedules. Responsible for indicator tracking, information system accuracy, resource allocation, and third-party partner management to guarantee maximum machinery availability and preservation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Operational Execution

    • Lead the execution of electrical maintenance.

    • Distribute tasks to the maintenance team.

    • Ensure monitoring of activities and routine on-site.

    • Monitor the quality of task execution.

    Planning and Schedule Management

    • Manage execution and preventive maintenance schedules.

    • Ensure full compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule.

    • Support planning with the definition of resources, materials, and components.

    Quality Management, Indicators, and Systems

    • Control maintenance indicators.

    • Ensure accuracy of system entries.

    • Ensure best practices in handling and operating physical machinery.

    Compliance and Third Parties

    • Manage partner companies and third-party service providers.

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Work Experience

  • Experience in Management and experience with maintenance in the industrial sector (or industrial environment).
