Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner who is eager to act as a strategic partner to the business, actively contributing to talent development, leadership strengthening, and the promotion of an ethical, safe, and collaborative work environment.
This role plays an essential part in aligning organizational strategy with people management practices, supporting leaders in data-driven decision-making and advancing initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and continuous development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as an HR partner to assigned business areas, providing consultative support to leaders.
- Support performance management cycles, including individual development planning and continuous feedback practices.
- Contribute to strengthening organizational culture through engagement and climate initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, labor legislation, and the Company’s Code of Conduct.
- Collaborate on strategic HR projects and initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
Work Experience
- Prior experience in Human Resources in a generalist capacity.
- Experience supporting internal clients and business leaders.
- Previous experience as an HRBP and/or experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- English proficiency preferred (intermediate level or above).

Job Location
Hybrid role - 3x a week at our site in Diadema/SP-Brazil.
