Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Engineering Leader to design, build, and scale enterprise digital platforms and applications leveraging cloud-native architectures, modern application development, data platforms, and AI-driven capabilities. The role requires a future-thinking mindset, rapid adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation, and the ability to balance technical depth, architectural leadership, and people management. Digital Manufacturing and connected systems form one part of a broader enterprise solution landscape.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native enterprise solutions across applications, platforms, integrations, and analytics
- Provide hands-on leadership in building web, mobile, and native applications, APIs, and backend services
- Champion AI-first engineering by embedding Generative AI, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights into enterprise solutions
- Lead adoption of modern data and analytics platforms such as Microsoft Fabric for unified reporting, insights, and intelligence
- Enable connected solutions including IoT and Digital Manufacturing Execution as part of an integrated enterprise ecosystem
- Drive engineering excellence through DevOps, CI/CD, automation, observability, and performance best practices
- Translate business needs into technical architectures, roadmaps, and execution plans
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology leaders to influence enterprise digital and AI strategy
Additional Responsibilities
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or
- Bachelor's Degree Information System required
Work Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture and enterprise application development on Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience building scalable web, mobile, and native applications with modern frameworks
- Experience with data and analytics platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, including enterprise reporting and insights
- Working knowledge of AI and Generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions
- Exposure to IoT, edge computing, and connected systems, including Digital Manufacturing as one component
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and observability
- Solid understanding of cloud security, scalability, performance, and reliability principle
- Ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams while collaborating effectively with business and technology stakeholders
