Job Summary
The Associate Solution Architect, D&T, MDM Admin supports software packaging and deployment in the organization to define, deliver and support D&T enabled business solutions. This role will also help support strategic direction, determine business needs and design & deliver technical solutions for application packaging, deployment and troubleshooting. This role has primary accountability for working on Mobile device management including projects, system enhancement and production support in alignment with West D&T and company policies and procedures.
The role is responsible to consult with the business using standard services and define implementation concepts for enhancements and new features that are in line with D&T best practices and applicable regulatory requirements (i.e. cGMP, Computer System Validation, 21 CFR part 11 compliance).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively provide consulting services related to tools like Jamf, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, etc.
- coordinate the troubleshooting and problem determination and resolution
- Collaborate with the regional and global D&T organization to maintain existing endpoint configuration services
- Participate in local, regional, and global D&T projects and support project execution
- On-going observation of new enhancements and features of our endpoint configuration tools and services (e.g. Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune)
- Ensure the Endpoint Configuration tools are updated to current levels and within supported versions
- Provide the necessary tools to the company to keep the Endpoints within supported versions
- Other duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.
Work Experience

- 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- Good to have 1 year of experience of deployment and support and operations of Endpoints,
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Prior knowledge in advanced and specialized expertise, typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
- Completes assignments and facilitates the work activities of others; coordinate work beyond own and team area
- Ability to Propose and implement improvements to processes
- Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
- Comply with all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
- Comply with the company’s safety and quality policies
- Nice to have Jamf experience, policy management, MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, bash scripting
- Nice to have Intune Expertise, Compliance, App protection, configuration, packaging, Windows and Android knowledge
- Scripting basics (Powershell, VBscript, Bash etc)
- Nice to have SCCM Experience
- Nice to have Experience with Co-management, Auto-pilot, Hybrid Ad environment, Entra ID
License and Certifications
- A+ Certification preferred
- Microsoft Office User Specialist Certification preferred
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Certification preferred
