Job Summary:

The Analyst, D&T, Production User Experience is a role within the Digital and Transformation team which works independently on User Experience initiatives and has a quick learning curve. The role should demonstrate learning ability on Functional Analysis, UX Design, UX Industrialization and data analysis and able to apply these effectively in problem solving. This role provides practical support with a high degree of customer excitement, expertise, and timeliness as it relates to Enterprise UX applications. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Able to work effectively (independently and/or within teams) across functional areas in a collaborative environment. 
•    As a techno-functional analyst, understand business processes across the enterprise and convert them into powerful digital solutions Provide production support and ensure the smooth operation of production processes.
•    With guidance maintain UX industrialization standards across the enterprise. Apply these standards as a mandate during the very early stages of software development to ensure a highly usable product.
•    Lead and mentor junior analysts and production associates, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
•    Eager to learn principles of design thinking, abstraction and UX industrialization.
•    With help develop testing and validation mechanisms with the UI development team to create a constant feedback loop for faster iterations
•    Get trained on new functionality as required.
•    Document procedures for system updates and maintenance.
•    Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

 

Education and Experience:

•    Bachelor's degree in information technology / computer science / business administration / design or equivalent
•    2-4 years in a business analyst role.
•    1+ year of Experience in UX Design, UI Development, UX Product Management is required. 
•    2-4 years in a production or manufacturing environment

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•    Breadth of expertise in the following:
o    Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes & data.
o    Organized and meticulous with commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks
o    Highly enthusiastic about demonstrating superior customer service.
o    Strong aptitude for learning and implementing new technology. 
o    Ability to work independently.
o    Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
o    Proficiency in MS Office
•    Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description 
•    Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policies at all times.

 

Physical and Travel Requirements

•    Occasional on-call work required.
