West’s Engineering team strives to implementing new technology, developing and introducing process improvements, standards, life cycle management and validation in select process areas, helping to advance and transform West’s growing business, supporting capital investments and contributing to addressing complex assignments. They also help the implementation of new innovative processes and technologies in cooperation with the engineering and quality assurance teams and the plants.

Our Engineers are accountable for implementing sustainable processes and are responsible for measuring and reporting results to ensure safe qualified processes reach and sustain consistent design characteristics and production levels. They also provide expertise and lead a team of manufacturing and project engineers in the planning and execution of tasks on multiple projects to support the overall business.
