Job Summary:
In this role you will coordinate daily warehouse tasks by ensuring smooth operations and manage external parties including external warehouse service provides, forwarder, trucking company and etc.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in manpower planning to ensure smooth operations
  • Support HSE's initiative and lead project as assigned
  • Generate report and assist in updating WI/SOI
  • Responsible for all inbound air and sea shipments are cleared from port on a timely manner by working closely with cross functional team including buyers, order management, shipping agents, external warehouse operator and forwarder and review content against purchase order or DO for accuracy
  • Responsible for all outbound land, sea and air shipments, work closely with Shipping team to ensure shipments are pack and stuff on time by Warehouse team for delivery
  • Accurate and timely issuance of raw materials to production based on a first-in first-out basis.
  • Work with Warehouse Assistant to maintain storage area by organizing and optimizing floor space, practice good housekeeping and adhere to 5S
  • Lead periodic cycle count activities and ensure all inventories are properly accounted for. Ensure team participation in physical counting, count checking and verifying.
  • Support Kamishibai and Audits walks and close the findings / CAPAs. Support Gemba walk
  • Maintain, check and upkeep warehouse equipment and hardware assigned, i.e. reach truck, forklift, stackers, pallet jack, stretch wrap machine, toppy invertor, workstation etc.
  • Assist in purchase order processing and work with vendor to ensure service/ products are delivered on timely manner.
  • Update and maintain the attendance & leave records and personal folder of the Warehouse Assistant
  • Ensure all transactional documentation is handled, filed properly and data / records are posted accurately in the SAP system.
  • Packing material inventory control and replenishment
  • Other duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum O level or above
  • Minimum 3 years in a Manufacturing or Warehouse Operations environment
  • Knowledge in ERP, SAP WM and MM experience are preferred and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess valid forklift license 


Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Computer literate, knowledge of SAP module in warehouse would be a plus
  • Good warehouse, inbound and outbound logistics knowledge
  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description

  • Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
    • Constantly review warehouse routine activities to help identify bottle-necks and escalate to supervisor for remedies so as to smoothen the work flow and for lean improvement and cost saving opportunities
  • Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
    • Constantly observe and adhere to all work place safety rules and safety requirement
    • Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
    • Work safely by not causing unsafe conditions or doing unsafe acts
  • Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.
    • Ensure that all works and duties are carried out in accordance with the Company quality policy and compiled to cGMP at all times
    • Ensure all operations in cGMP compliance and safe to execute and properly documented. Constantly take effort to review, feedback, fine tune and update warehouse operations and its relating procedure

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment



  • Ability to read, write and good understanding of the English language.
  • Must be attentive and pay attention to details
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to operate a forklift / Reach truck / VNA
