Job Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Transportation planning:
- Plan and execute the day-to-day shipments and warehousing activities
- Plan and execute the day-to-day raw material to subcontractor
- Plan and Coordinate sterilization activities between subcontractors
- Optimize track loud and transportation lines
Production report
- Log production records to the ERP system according to the GMP methodology
- Identifying and solving inventory gaps originating from the production sites
- Retained sample logging storing and picking
Special Work Order and R&D Sample process support
- “Simple” sample request orders support
- WO/SWO maintenance and follow-up with all stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Warehouse, transport, and inventory management
- Experience in ERP, Priority, and SAP software an advantage
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Preferred Knowledge, languages, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to work under pressure
- High learning ability
- Order and organization
- Motivated team player
Relevant work history and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Travel Requirements:
Travel to subcontractor sites on a weekly basis
