Job Summary:

In this role, you will be involved in West IL configuration control activities, including DMR and ECO processes.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Executing configuration control activities
  • DMR Management, issue, update & approval of DMR documents.
  • Issue, review and approve ECOs & DCOs
  • Leading CCB meetings
  • Training & supporting West IL users on ECO & DCO processes
  • Technical approval of labeling
  • Create new catalogue numbers
  • Issue, update and approve drawings
  • Issue, update and approve procedures and working instructions
  • Design Secondary Packaging parts and configurations
  • Review and approve customer’s internal specification



Basic Qualifications: 

  • Education - Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Practical Engineering/ Mechanical Practical Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles at medical devices companies


Preferred Knowledge, languages, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge and experience in documentation management systems and data management flow process
  • Ability of independent and teamwork with strong drive for results and focus on the prioritizations
  • Excellent use of written and oral communication skillsService oriented and good communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel under tight schedules, involved in details and self-learning skills
  • Knowledge and experience in M. Office specific in Excel application
  • Basic understanding of medical devices such as DMR; DHR records and process – as a preferred
  • Relevant work history and/or experience may be considered in lieu of degree



Travel Requirements:

  • Not required






  • DMR documents -  issue, update and approval, including product spec, DMF, part spec and sub-assembly spec
  • ECO & DCO issue, review and approval
  • Drawings issue, update and approval
  • Procedures and working instructions issue, update and approval
  • Customer internal specification approval
