Job Summary:

As a key member of the West Talent Acquisition team, you will help us shape the future talent profile of West. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Ambassador who is driven by building exceptional relationships with community organizations, schools, candidates, and internal stakeholders. By identifying and attracting top talent for West’s entry and mid-level roles, you will have the opportunity to play a key role as the organization grows and transforms. You will become a partner with internal stakeholders and will work to develop, communicate, and execute jointly on recruiting plans to support the sites with a focus on creating a pipeline of talent through community partnerships. You will use your passion and commitment to diversity to make a meaningful impact in advancing our recruiting efforts within the communities we live and work in. In addition to building and maintaining targeted community and campus relationships, you will support the team by strategically sourcing in key markets to keep a pipeline for our high-volume roles.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build, manage and nurture deep relationships with community and campus stakeholders to develop strong talent pipelines
  • Leverage strategic and creative sourcing techniques to identify and recruit diverse talent for our high-volume roles
  • Partner with TA and HR leaders to execute the successful design and implementation of a community and campus recruitment strategy across all of our key US markets
  • Expand recruiting efforts within underrepresented populations by deepening our engagement with multicultural student groups on college campuses and through targeted community organizations.
  • Continually grow a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates through networking and making career connections with leaders throughout the organization
  • Plan, host and/or identify opportunities to participate in job fairs, hiring events and attend as needed
  • Effectively screen and assess qualified candidates for targeted job requisitions
  • Collaborate with TA leaders to develop metrics and tracking to quantify and evaluate the established partnerships to determine effectiveness and long-term strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources discipline
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience within the Human Resources function that includes either Recruiting, HR Generalist, Learning and Development or Diversity and Inclusion
