Job Summary:


In this role, you will be responsible to handle raw materials acceptance activities, NCM reports related to raw materials, write and update procedures and forms related to incoming inspection. Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is essential to maintain all documentation necessary to ensure conformity to specifications and traceability of records.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Responsible for raw materials acceptance activities in ERP/SAP, including approval of acceptance records generated by incoming inspectors and issuance of Certificate of Compliance for approved raw material.
  2. Responsible to verify that all acceptance test results follow GMP and GDP guidelines.
  3. Responsible for handling of all related incoming inspection non-conforming materials (NCM) – opening and supplying relevant data for occurred deviation.
  4. Responsible to write and update incoming inspection Forms and procedures.
  5. Responsible for the approval of all graphic and label related raw material.
  6. Responsible for the approval of Line clearance performed by quality inspectors.
  7. Assist with Changes (ECO) to improve or clarify established procedures.
  8. Provide a “Customer Service” attitude when interacting with internal and external
  9. customers while accomplishing work, production, and achieving quality standards.
  10. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and safety rules.
  11. Exhibit regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
  13. Manufacturing Quality Stamp number – MQ8



Basic Qualifications: 


  • Education - Technical/ Practical Eng.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Quality in the Medical Device/pharma industry
  • Courses related to Medical Device regulation - an advantage
  • Knowledge with ERP/ SAP - an advantage



Preferred Knowledge, languages, Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
