Job Summary:

In this role, you will be part of the finance team. You will prepare monthly financial statement and ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Ensure the integrity of all financial reporting and transactions within the legal entity
  2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  3. Prepare the month-end closing results, including all general entries
  4. Prepare financial quarterly packages
  5. Prepare annual tax report and tax quarterly package
  6. Prepare the monthly operation forecast
  7. Own the SOX framework of internal controls for the entity (especially Disclosures 302 and 404) Identify, communicate and repair internal control deficiencies
  8. Prepare the annual budget and analysis of the actual vs budget
  9. Prepare the product costs (actual and standard) in line with company policies and analyze variances between actual and standard product costs
  10. Prepare the annual capex plan and the capital expenditure request 
  11. Prepare the company’s working capital and cashflow to fund operational and investment activities
  12. Manage and monitor all balance sheet entries and valuations are calculated accurately, reconciled and documented periodically
  13. Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements
  14. Coordinating activities of external auditors
  15. Ensure compliance with Tax laws and other regulations affecting the business.
  16. Manage internal and external financial audit activities
  17. Analyze detailed accounts as required

 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Education: BA in Finance/Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • 1-2 years of relevant business experience in an international manufacturing company

Preferred Knowledge, languages, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Good understanding of US GAAP, local GAAP and local Tax law
  2.  Knowledgeable on Internal Control frameworks
  3.  Keen understanding of financial planning and management reporting
  4.  Experience with Priority
  5. Good communicator with sound presentation skills
  6.  Strong analytical skills
  7.  Maintain a high level of integrity
  8. Advanced knowledge of Excel
  9.  Team player, building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues in Finance and other functions in various countries and on multiple hierarchical levels
