Job Summary:
In this role we are looking for an Integration Engineer, to support integration of manufacturing assets into various control and business systems. Drive new processes and procedures to meet the needs of a changing business. Organize and align across multiple manufacturing facility teams and help drive digital manufacturing strategy and development roadmap.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead projects through DevOps
- Overseeing the successful deployment of data integration system, a multiple manufacturing sites
- Coordinate and implement the overall design of the data acquisition and integration
- Ensures the reliability, security, and accuracy of these systems
- Assisting in defining the data structure layout and data flow model
- Working with servers, database, and networking components
- Discuss and negotiate technical performance items with divisions and internal customers.

- Work with the product owner(s) to support short and long-term release planning and manage interdependencies

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the automation industry
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in the automation industry
- Experience in programming the PLCs using Ladder Logic (preferred if know additional PLC programming languages – IL, ST, FBD, C/C++)
- Work experience with actual industrial devices and engineering software of major vendors (Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Omron, AutomationDirect, LG…)
- Knowledge of Industrial communication protocol (Modbus, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, BACnet, DNP3, S7comm, OPC UA, etc.)
- Strong understanding of networking essentials and computer systems (servers, databases)
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
- Experience working with Kepware or other OPC servers, as well as tag data
- Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
- Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policy at all times
Travel Requirements:
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
