Job Summary:

Member of Sales Ops team, Supporting India Sales Ops activities like SIP administration, reporting and analytics, CRM and some key sales strategy related projects.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Active member of the APAC Sales Operations Team
• Act as the point of contact for India Sales Team for all requirements related to CRM and primarily responsible for adoption of CRM across India Sales Org
o Understand the best practices and implementing the same if possible
• Create and publish summary level dashboards and detailed reports to track key performance objectives and key Sales metrics both from Global BI and CRM
o Improve and automate the current activities as far as possible
• Support in managing Sales incentive compensation programs, special incentives, policies, and administration of the same
• Support the team in managing the market insight projects
• Collaborate with Global and Regional team for implementing best practices for sales enablement/sales force effectiveness
• Support business through initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding, and training support, support team lead in all business-related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories
• Understand the current processes and policies related to sales org, and work towards process improvements to make it efficient
• Other duties as assigned by Manager to support the India/APAC business


Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Excellence /Sales Force Effectiveness/Analytics


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong analytical skills and fit with Excel. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• CRM / SAP /Power BI experience is preferred
• Experience with analytics and business intelligence solutions
• High flexibility, independent and precise working style, highly efficient
• Proficient in English
• Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
• Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
• Able to comply with the company’s safety policy always
