Job Summary:

 

As a key member of the West Talent Acquisition team, you will help us shape the future workforce of West. We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Recruitment Marketing who has a passion for candidates and developing creative marketing strategies.  This role will own the development and execution of the marketing strategy for multiple markets, including profiling target candidates and identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively and efficiently attract candidates. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to perform strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions. You will also play an essential role in tracking market factors and changes in hourly candidate behavior which impact our success in attracting hourly team members, including projects such as market mapping and market intelligence.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive cross functional teams including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Communications and Marketing to develop the brand strategy through messaging, creative storytelling and brand activations
  • Utilize marketing savvy to articulate differentiated employment positioning, leveraging the overall brand guidelines and value proposition, tailoring for local markets
  • Assess channel effectiveness with the use of data, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application goals
  • Be the evangelist for the candidate experience, working to continuously improve the candidate experience
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
  • Lead stakeholders to develop metrics and tracking to quantify and evaluate the channels and established partnerships to determine effectiveness and long-term strategy
  • Uncover talent profiles and key decision drivers that would attract those individuals to the organization and integrate that knowledge into marketing campaigns
  • Identify and execute out-of-the-box ways to activate against key events, social media, influencers, event/pop-up activations, partnerships, email and new channels to drive the brand experience across new and existing audiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications or Human Resources discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Employer Branding or Marketing

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of building, managing and optimizing large-scale multi-channel, complex strategic marketing and sourcing campaigns.
  • Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design/analysis.
  • Ability to work independently as well as be collaborative with a global team
  • Excellent organizational, project, task, administrative, and multi-tasking skills with a high-level attention to detail
  • Be a self-starter and possess strong sense of self-motivation by bringing fresh perspective and ideas to the team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, influence, and proven success at building credibility and trust with leadership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; you want to be a part of developing and growing something new
  • A true sense of ownership from start to finish
