Job Summary:

The Manager, Demand and Supply Prioritization is responsible to work alongside the Director to support the vision and by assisting to develop, deploy, and lead a clear governance structure, decision framework and global process to align supply and demand for HVP products globally.

This person will work cross functionally with sales and supply chain teams on execution of the defined process and provide analysis and timely data to support decision making. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Director by working cross-functionally to assist with the design and implementation of global prioritization governance process and create a capacity entitlement model to control the balance of demand and supply for key products.
  • Serve as the SME for both demand and supply issues, including those issues that may affect the on-time and cost-effective supply of product.
  • Assist with development of decision criteria, considering the impact on the market along with the potential impact on the business. Work alongside Director to understand the customer’s perspective to support strategic priorities, business decisions and processes.
  • Liaise with account managers and customers to anticipate short-term and long-term product needs. Recognize changing demands to optimize and maximize manufacturing resource utilization and productivity.
  • Maintain a customer-oriented process to maximize customer satisfaction, while optimizing cost effectiveness and inventory levels.
  • Identify and actively mitigate imbalances in production planning and order fulfillment
  • Develop and sustain customer relationships through direct interaction, responsiveness, and accountability. Maintain open communication with customers using appropriate tools as necessary
  • Drive alignment, decisions and organize work activity to accomplish company objectives

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience


Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
  • Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
  • Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policy at all times


Travel Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Must be able to communicate effectively, speak in front of groups, express & exchange ideas and understand direction. 
  • Maintain the ability to work well with others in a variety of situations.
  • Able to multi-task, work under time constraints, problem solve, and prioritize.
