Your main tasks

  • Prioritization of laboratory samples and coordination of deadlines with internal customers
  • Proactively track and communicate test status in coordination with lab management
  • Manage internal and external laboratory requests
  • Assist laboratory management in continuous improvement of on-time testing by providing reports and statistics
  • Distribution/shipment of samples to internal and external laboratories
  • Prepare lab reports/certificates and compile lab data for KPI statistics
  • Scanning and tracking of incoming samples via SAP
  • Provide administrative support for raw material testing in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Provision and printing of raw data logbooks for the laboratory Germany
  • Support of ordering processes in the laboratory as well as monitoring of reagents regarding quality and expiration date


Your profile

  • Successfully completed training as a chemical or biological laboratory assistant, as a chemical or biological technical assistant, or studies in chemistry or biology
  • Professional experience in sample management and systematic process control
  • First management experience desirable
  • Good computer skills in MS-Office and SAP
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Very good communication skills
  • Reliability, ability to work under pressure and in a team
  • Careful, independent working style as well as assertiveness and decision-making skills
