Job Summary:

Working closely with the regional and global IT team, the role of the Senior IT Support Germany (m/f/d) is having responsibility for developing and efficiently operating all aspects of the site’s infrastructure and End User devices in line with corporate guidelines and procedures. The role performs duties in line with best IT practices and applicable regulatory requirements.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support for IT systems and End-Users in the facility, including operation of site infrastructure
  • Drive troubleshooting and problem determination / resolution forward
  • Actively participate in local, regional, and global IT projects and coordinate the roll-out of same on local site level
  • Participate in “on-call” support rotation



  • Successfully completed education in Computer Science
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of IT support and / or IT operations, ideally in a regulatory manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge about desktop support incl. MS Office Suite, MS Windows Server administration, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong service orientation
  • Experiences in collaboration within international teams
  • Business fluent English and German skills
