Position Summary:

In this high impact role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of functional programs within our Operations. As Program Manger you will ensure the execution of large scale and impacting programs remain on track financially, scope is managed, and quality is delivered.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Multi-site projects for the development or optimization of products will be actively driven by you to ensure the achievement of the project goals, clear communication paths and milestone within the given timelines through all stages of the lifecycle
  • As an expert, you will communicate at all levels of the organization and ensure recognizing and engaging key stakeholders quickly and early in the process
  • You will be responsible for identifying and managing cross-project dependencies, risk and critical issues as well as compiling reporting status to all stakeholder
  • In your projects, you will maintain related data within the West Project Management System and be responsible to cultivate networks within and outside the organization and manage multidisciplinary teams
  • In close collaboration with the functional team members, you will lead the projects and ensure key messages, goals and objectives are communicated

 

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of medical device and pharma manufacturing industries
  • You bring a depth and breadth of expertise in industry, Program Management and Business acumen
  • To manage projects, you have a track record of successfully managing global large-scale, high-risk programs and multiple globally dispersed individuals and disciplines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Project and experience with scheduling software to manage projects or programs
  • Green Belt preferred experience should be in leading commercialization of Medical Devices in compliance with FDA Title 21 DFR part 820 regulations
  • Ability to support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
