Your Responsibilities:

  • You will back the team in internal audit projects
  • With your help, the development of analytics and reporting tools through process standardization will be driven straight forward
  • You have the chance to lead own projects and support in handling the follow-up and remediation activities on audit observations
  • Throughout the customer journey, you will help ensuring that touchpoints are handled in an efficient manner
  • You will assist in conducting internal audits, updating procedures as well as creating consequent training plans
  • Furthermore, you will support expanding the use of West Digital within the department


Your Profile:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student working towards a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Quality or equivalent
  • Ideally, you have already completed an internship in an auditing environment
  • You are experienced with Microsoft Office; SAP and ISO 9001 knowledge would be beneficial
  • You have a strong learning capacity as well as strong communication and analytical skills
  • You consider yourself technically savvy and adept and are able to work independently in our global environment
  • Proficiency in English rounds off your profile
