Your Responsibilities:

  • To organize internal and external trainings for employees, managers and internal trainers, you will coordinate room planning and preparation
  • You will support trainers as well as participants and conduct the new hire basic training
  • Through regular communication to the sites, you will market trainings
  • You will handle invoices of trainings in SAP
  • In our local Learning Management System, you will track and maintain trainings
  • You will analyze training effectiveness and evaluation of feedback by using Performance Goals and KPIs
  • You will support the onboarding process, an effective and appropriate evaluation of all trainings delivered as well as the creation or delivery of e-learning packages and understand e-learning techniques
  • While coordinating learning programs, you will liaise with key stakeholders across the business

 

Your Profile:

  • You are at the final stage of your Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, or Learning and Development
  • Preferably, you possess initial experience in Learning and Development
  • You are well versed in Microsoft Office tools
  • You consider yourself a self-motivated individual with a passion for and key interest in career development within Learning and Development
  • In changing business circumstances, you show a high level of personal resilience and are able to remain highly effective and flexible
  • Ideally, you have excellent communication and presentation skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent English and German skills, both verbal and in writing, round off your profile
