Main Tasks

  • Lead and support optimization projects for raw materials and packaging materials together with suppliers and the global team
  • Organization and execution of supplier audits
  • Data collection, evaluation and trending of quality-relevant parameter for other departments
  • Preparation of complaints and quality reports in English and German
  • Support for out-of-specification (OOS) measures for raw materials and packaging materials, including the creation of necessary reports and documentation
  • Implementation, documentation, evaluation and tracking of measures from internal quality audits
  • Creation of deviations, OOS and process changes including evaluation of trends and initiation of improvement measures of ​​raw materials and packaging your profile

 

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in natural sciences or engineering
  • Professional experience in quality management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or with GMP experience
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and statistical methods, as well as knowledge of SAP are desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good assertiveness skills and ability to deal with conflict
