Summary: 

The Sales Business Analyst will report to the Sales & Business Development Director to support the Sales function within West Dublin Contract Manufacturing in growing the customer accounts by providing ‘Best in Class’ customer support and service. The role will also support the development of new business with new and existing accounts.

 

                         

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of a Degree in a relevant discipline (Business/Finance) and at least 2 years customer relationship / commercial experience.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be strong at completing tasks, problem solving and critical thinking
  • Must have good data analytical skills
  • Must have an ability to effectively work as part of a multi-disciplined team in a business to business environment.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable as required by the position.
  • Must be able to self-manage by organizing and prioritise tasks, must be detail orientated and self-motivated.
  • Must have relationship building skills to deal with all levels of employees and work across various departments.
  • It would be advantageous to have some knowledge of the Medtech/Pharma Business and / or working in a Business to Business environment and / or experience working in a manufacturing environment.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Sales team, the Sales Business Analyst will assist in supporting the strategic development of existing customer accounts by undertaking analyst on these accounts including but not limited to:
    • Preparing monthly sales analysis of each customer account
    • Maintain Sales Forecast files including LTP
    • Maintain the Price Override Reports
    • Maintain Pricing Workbooks
    • Maintain Chronicle/CRM
    • Maintain PO logs, and work with Finance to ensure invoices are raised
    • Maintain the customer monthly reconciliations, claims log process, quote log
    • Support commercial aspects of projects and raising quotes
    • Support the preparation of customer account reports
  • Undertake business development research as required
  • Deputise for Customer account managers when required
  • Support the co-ordination and preparation of commercial bids for new business within existing accounts.
  • Provide assistance in drafting of Capex documentation for internal approval in support of customer programs / projects.
  • Participate in Sales meetings as required.
  • Act in accordance with the company’s Guiding Principles and adherence to the corporate Code of Conduct.
  • Compliance to all site Environmental, Health and Safety requirements, training and regulations.
  • Compliance to all local site company policies, procedures and corporate policies.
  • Perform additional duties at the request of your supervisor

 When absent from the site duties and responsibilities will be delegated to the following designates

  • Customer Account Managers
