Job Summary:

The Specialist,D&T,Document Management & Training  will manage and administer all learning & development programs and curriculums for the D&T organization. This role will work in close alignment with the Global L&D department of HR to ensure enterprise level policies and procedures are followed for all required training.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Assists Global L&D and functional leaders to create and implement customized curriculums globally for all D&T team members.
•    Analyze, evaluate, review, and maintain the existing training curriculums for D&T
•    Support functional managers and Global L&D to identify and develop future digital learning opportunities for D&T
•    Support functional managers to map out training plans and schedules, and design and develop tailored programs.
•    Assists the Network and Cybersecurity team to administer company-wide security program (including both hourly and salary team members).  
•    Assist in formalizing training process in conjunction with yearly email phishing simulations. Deliver training on an individual basis with identified at risk employees.
•    Assesses needs, analyzes gaps and partner with D&T colleagues and system owners to implement successful programs in relation to D&T systems, technology & tools.
•    Assist with designing onboarding program for new D&T colleagues at all sites.
•    Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information useful to training on technology and to inform management of training programs and goals.
•    Work with the D&T Validation team to keep procedures up to date in both Master Control and LMS and to ensure best practices are followed. 
•    Perform other related duties as assigned 


Basic Qualification and Experience:
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•    Experience 3-5 years of experience as training coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator , or similar role.

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•    Previous experience using a learning management system (e.g., SuccessFactors LMS) and cGMP
•    Training and development principles, practices, methods, and procedures
•    Experience with Microsoft Office products including Visio, Teams, Excel & Word
•    Experience with video creation and eLearning authoring tools (Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate)
•    Motivated and engaged to learn
•    Able to always comply with the company’s safety policy.

 

Travel Requirements:
•    Must be able to travel up to 5% of the time

•    Must maintain the ability to work well with others in a variety of situations.
•    Must be able to multi-task, work under time constraints, problem solve, and prioritize.
